1.1. The services offered on this site are provided by “oiktoz”, and all rights of use and disposal over the site likewise belong to oiktoz.
1.2. oiktoz may amend these terms of use whenever necessary; however, such amendments will be published regularly on the site and will take effect from the date of publication.
1.3. Every natural and legal person who uses the site’s services and accesses the site is deemed to have accepted in advance every amendment made by oiktoz to the provisions of these terms of use.
1.4. oiktoz reserves the right to change the information, forms and content that are or will be on this site at any time.
- DEFINITIONS
The terms used in this agreement are defined as follows.
2.1. oiktoz: A website brand that operates as a culture and arts platform. It also organizes in-person and online events under the same “oiktoz” brand.
2.2. Site: The oiktoz website with the domain name https://oiktoz.net.
2.3. oiktozian: Every natural and legal person who has a personal profile area on oiktoz.net, shares their writing in that area and in the sections of the site where this is permitted, is able to submit comments through the site on writing shared by other oiktozians, and whose membership has been approved and accepted by the oiktoz management after they either completed the oiktoz membership form in full or submitted the membership form details for the oiktoz management to complete. Such persons are referred to in this agreement simply as “oiktozian”. An oiktozian name is unique to its oiktozian, and the same oiktozian name is not given to two different oiktozians.
2.4. Visitor: Any person or persons who visit and use the site for informational purposes by reading it, without providing their personal contact details.
2.5. Content: All information, files, images, programs, figures, prices, etc., and all visual, written and audio material published on or accessible through the site and/or any website.
2.6. Agreement: This agreement, concluded electronically between oiktoz and the natural and/or legal persons who will benefit from the commercial and personalized services offered through the site.
2.7. Personal Information: Information such as the oiktozian’s identity, address, email address, telephone number, IP address, the sections of the site visited, domain type, browser type, and the date and time of the visit.

These links are provided solely to make navigation easier for visitors and oiktozians and are not intended to endorse any website or the person operating it. They do not constitute any kind of representation or warranty regarding the information contained on the linked website. oiktoz bears no responsibility for websites and content accessed through links on the site, and any damage that may arise from the use of such sites is the sole responsibility of visitors and oiktozians. oiktoz may make access to such linked websites subject to its written consent and may at any time cut off access to links it does not consider appropriate.
3.2. oiktoz continuously checks the accuracy and currency of the information available on the site. Despite these efforts, however, the information on the site may lag behind actual changes. Visitors and oiktozians bear sole legal and criminal responsibility for every action and activity they carry out within the site. Every visitor and every oiktozian undertakes not to engage in any activity that would infringe the rights of oiktoz and/or any third party. oiktoz bears no direct and/or indirect responsibility for damage that third parties suffer or may suffer as a result of the activities of visitors and oiktozians on the site.

This agreement applies to all visitors and oiktozians over the age of 18.
- GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any disputes arising from these “oiktoz.net Terms of Use and Privacy Policy” are governed by Turkish law, and the Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. oiktoz reserves the right to bring proceedings in the country where the visitor or oiktozian is located.
- ENTRY INTO FORCE AND ACCEPTANCE
These “oiktoz.net Terms of Use and Privacy Policy” enter into force on the date oiktoz announces them on the site. By using the site, visitors and oiktozians accept the provisions of this agreement. oiktoz may amend the provisions of this agreement at any time; amendments are published on the site with a version number and the date of the change, and take effect on that same date.
